Professional Videography
Deposits are made to lock in the date. Read the Policy below before booking.
Booking:
-All photo services require at minimum a 50% deposit and are non-refundable.
-Payments that are void for 30 days are non-refundable whether it's 50% or paid in full.
-All bookings are processed by the booking team. On occasion you may speak with the owner for booking due to availability. If the owner is no longer available you will be forwarded to a booking team member.

Late Fees: $10 for every 30 minutes late. The fee will be added to the remaining balance, and will be due before photos are edited.
Balances are due a week prior to the shoot.
Rescheduling:
-No call no shows will forfeit any deposit made toward your shoot.
-Balances must be paid in full to receive a reschedule date. If the reschedule date is no longer a good day for you to shoot a re-booking fee of $50 is required to get a new date. After 3 failed booking attempts a client will forfeit any amounts paid and must re-book at the current rate.
Edits:
-Edits will come with a standard high end edit. Results may vary based on professional hair, makeup, and overall preparation for the shoot.
-All edits standard packages (individual or group rates) will have a 1-3 week turn around when selections are received in a timely manner. If not edits will be completed 2-3 weeks from the time selections are received unless a rush option is purchased. A rush can be purchased for a single photo or multiple photos.
-Clients may request adjustments and we will attempt to accommodate all request. Under no circumstances do we offer refunds for completed work or edited photos.
Make Up: Make Up is to be done before coming to the shoot. unfortunately we don't have space for make up station to be set up.
PAYMENT: A Deposit is due to guarantee a date and the other half of the deposit is due a week prior to the scheduled date.
TRAVEL FEES: Free up to a 20 mile radius // $2.00 per mile exceeding 15 to 159 miles from location // .65 per mile exceeding 200 miles from location
