Product Use Disclaimer

• JvArt Designs is not responsible for damage to any surfaces where our products are applied.

• Floor decals and stickers are sold “as is” and are not guaranteed to be repositionable.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to perform an adhesion test prior to applying decals to any surface. Some surfaces may not be suitable for decals, and JvArt Designs is not liable for any resulting damage.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Custom Orders: All products are made to order. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Correct Orders: If the product matches the order details provided (size, design, material, quantity, etc.), no refunds or exchanges will be issued—even if the customer later decides changes are needed.

• Defects/Errors: Refunds or reprints will only be considered if there is a verified product defect or if JvArt Designs fails to follow the approved order specifications.

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, spelling, logos, artwork, order details, and invoices before finalizing an order.

• No Cancellations: Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled. Replacement files or revisions will not be accepted once printing has started.

Payment Policy

• Payment must be made in full before production begins.

• Accepted forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks are not accepted.

• Once payment is received and production begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If payment is received but the order is not submitted, only credit may be applied.

Production & Turnaround

• Estimated turnaround times will be provided at the time of order, but they are not guaranteed.

• Delays may occur due to production schedules, equipment failure, or severe weather. Refunds will not be issued due to production delays.

• For color-critical jobs or precise sizing, customers should order a printed proof (additional fees apply).

File & Artwork Guidelines

• Accepted file formats: JPG (300 DPI), PDF, EPS, AI.

• All files must be flattened; no fonts should be included.

• Customers must carefully review and approve final artwork before submission. JvArt Designs is not responsible for errors in approved files.

Order Pickup Policy

• All local jobs must be picked up within 2 weeks.

• Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be lost, damaged, or discarded. JvArt Designs is not responsible for unclaimed orders.
